Didn't get the registration email Using the Service
It's possible that this email might have been mistakenly filtered into a spam or trash folder. If you look but don't find it, then one of two things has probably happened:
Either way, you will need to sign up again. The process is very quick, so it shouldn't be much trouble. The only catch is that we allow only one account per email address... so if you try to sign up again and are told that the email address already exists, then you will need to sign up with a different email address.
If this is your very first time signing up for a Ring-To account, it's possible that your existing account with one of our sister services (such as FaxDigits) could be interfering with the creation of the new account. If this is the case, please use a different email address for your Ring-To number.
If you still can't find the email, you will need to sign up again.
If all else fails, you can always use our login recovery tool.
Under "Home", scroll down and you will see the widget color selection tool on the left side of the page. Select the color you prefer and then click on "Save All Changes" at the bottom of the page.
Under "Home", the tool for changing your widget photo is directly beneath the box labeled "Your Ring-To Widget". The maximum file size is 100k, and we recommend using a square image as it will be resized to 100x100 pixels. Once you have uploaded your image, click on "Save All Changes" at the bottom of the page. Please use good judgment when choosing your widget photo. While a certain level of "mature" content is permissible, photos or icons that are grossly offensive or obscene will be subject to removal and the related account will be closed.
Under "Home", look at the box on the right side of the page labeled "My Availability". In that box you will see two different statuses to choose from: "Send calls to my phone" and "Send calls to voicemail". Regardless of which one you choose, you will be presented with a text box where you can type your personal message for display on your widget. Once you have entered your message, click on "Save All Changes" at the bottom of the page. As with your widget photo, please use good judgment when choosing your personal widget status message.
If you want all calls to your Ring-To number to go directly to voicemail, look at "Home" and click on "Send calls to voicemail" in the Your Availability box. You can also type a short, personalized "away message" if you'd like. When you're done, click on "Save All Changes" at the bottom of the page. Please allow five minutes for the change to take effect.
If you want all calls to your Ring-To number to ring to a particular phone, look at "Home" and click on "Send calls to my phone " in the Your Availability box. You will see two boxes... the first box is where you can type a short, personalized "available message" if you'd like. The second box is where you enter the phone number that you will be answering calls on (this field is required). Be sure to enter the phone number without punctuation, like this: 3125551212. When you're done, click on "Save All Changes" at the bottom of the page. Please allow five minutes for the change to take effect.
You can use your Ring-To number however you want! |
